Ethanol is therefore an alcohol, or rather, it is the most representative compound of the alcohols and the one with the greatest commercial and industrial use and opportunities.<\/span><\/p><p>When we talk about obtaining ethanol, this is achieved through physical processes of separation of alcoholic mixtures until high purity alcoholic concentrations are obtained. These processes, known as alcoholic distillation, either simple or fractional distillation, have a long history in industrial history.
