Ignacio Villena Reyes, Chief Technology Officer of Tomsa Group, began his professional studies in 1999 as a Computer Engineer at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid.

He began his professional career at Thales I.S. (Madrid) as a programmer in the Development Department, involved in the design of the SCNA system for the management of airport operations of Aeropuertos Españoles y Navegación Área (AENA). Later, he took on the role of Analyst Programmer at SATEC (Madrid), developing applications for the telecommunications industry and geolocation tools, for which he managed their installation and promotion in Spain and LATAM. In 2007, he joined Amadeus (London) in the RTB-DCS Development area with the design of Apps.

From 2010 to the present, Ignacio holds the position of CTO of theTomsa Group (Madrid), creating the Electrical and Automation Systems Department of the company, successfully managing projects for the alcohol and biofuels sector in Africa, America, Asia, and Europe. During his professional development in the business group, he has been trained as a Profibus Engineer, PID controller and in various subjects such as Twincat2 and 3, Instrumentation and Control Valves, Yokogawa Centum VP and PCS7 DCS, among others.
